Looking For A Fun Way To Serve This Summer?

We would love to invite you to apply to join us this summer on our Summer Staff Team! Staff Team Applicants will need to submit an application with references and complete an interview.

Mentorship Team
About Mentorship Team
The Mentorship Program is designed for students going into Grades 11 and 12 to develop their self-leadership skills.  Throughout this program, students will grow in their personal walk with God, focus on character development, cultivate teamwork, grow leadership skills, practice servanthood and work hard. Our goal is that with the experience and training mentorship students receive at GBBC, they will be equipped to serve in their local churches and communities year-round. Come be part of the incredible Green Bay community this summer for a life-changing experience!
Students on the mentorship team are required to commit to a minimum of a 4-week term. The first term runs from June 22 to July 25, 2025. The second term runs from July 26 – August 30, 2025. Students in the Mentorship Program are expected to attend one of two training events prior to the summer:
1. Staff Training Camp (June 22-28, 2025). this week is comprised of intentional leadership development, practical training, meaningful staff firesides, and fun activities. It is idea to have Mentorship students participate in this week with our entire staff team.
2. Mentorship Training weekend (May 23-25, 2025). We recognize that in some circumstances it may not be possible for students to attend the Staff Training Camp (ie. due to school/exam schedules). As an alternative to the Staff Training Camp, students are required to attend our Mentorship Training Weekend from May 23-25, 2025. This can be thought of as a “Staff training crash course”.
Register Now

Students are welcome to attend both training events if they are available, but are only required to be present at one of the two training times.
