Kid's Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy: Your 20% deposit is non-refundable and secures your registration. The remaining balance of camp fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to your camp's start date. Within 30 days of your camp's start date, the remaining balance may be refunded only if that camp is full and we are able to replace your spot with someone from our waiting list. All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds for camp fees are not made for any campers unable to attend, arriving late, or leaving early for any reason, including health.
