Providing next generation leaders with a field ministry opportunity in leadership, the central focus will be on developing others; a very “hands on” and practical experience.

Description of Program
This level of our Leadership Program becomes a vital and important opportunity for the Leadership Intern to put all leadership training and theory into practical application (field ministry)
Under the direction of the Leadership Development Consultant and Program Director, the Leadership Intern Team is running the entire summer program. With the focus on developing others, they will oversee the various areas of spiritual formation, mentorship summer programming and staffing.
Together, the Leadership Intern Team participates in the creation, implementation and oversight of the summer camp programming and staffing structure, growth and relationships.
The leadership Intern Team sets the tone for the staff and camp and is responsible for creating and living out a culture of ongoing spiritual growth, servanthood, strong work ethic, healthy community and the development of gifts and abilities in others.
The leadership Intern Team will uphold values, vision and mission, programming, and safety at Green Bay Bible Camp, and will ensure that all staff and campers have a quality and positive experience at camp.
The Leadership Interns will have assigned textbook readings, and mandatory leadership training meetings and discussions, throughout the summer. It is expected that they will complete the assigned studies and participate fully in the training and discussions.
At the end of their internship , there will be an evaluation of interns’ leadership. This will include a self evaluation, a peer evaluation, as well as an evaluation by the Leadership Development Consultant and Program Director. The Leadership Intern will receive a certificate of recognition for their successful completion of the Green Bay Leadership Program Internship.
At the end of the summer, the Leadership Intern should have a deeper understanding of spiritual leadership, a more intimate relationship with Jesus, and a deeper awareness of themselves – strengths, weaknesses character traits, an increased confidence in leading others and an understanding of the importance and necessity of developing others.
