Must be 19 years of age or older
Must have a professed and growing relationship with Jesus
Must have recognized leadership gifts and potential and references should reflect this
Has teaching ability and able to lead discussions
Must have been involved in ministry within their local church or para-church ministry within the last 2 years
Must have a spiritual maturity, inter-relational and problem-solving skills
Completion of DT Program (formerly LITES/SLUGS) and MT Program is preferable but not required
Must be able to attend Leadership Training in June and work throughout the entire summer

Description of Program
Under the direction of the Peer Ministry Directors and Program Director, each Program Leader will be directly running a specific area of the summer program. They will be given responsibilities that require leadership initiative, inter-relational skills, as well as the development of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Each Program Leader will participate in leadership training prior to the start of summer camps. The training will focus on spiritual and character formation, servant leadership and necessity of developing others.
Throughout the summer, Program Leaders will be expected to complete assigned textbook readings, attend Program Leader meetings that will have focused discussions on the assigned readings, and participate in a 1-on-1 mentoring relationship with their Leadership Intern.
Program Leaders oversee 3-4 students who are participating in the Mentorship Training Program, training and equipping them in their particular area of camp programming, giving MT’s opportunities to serve and lead.
Program Leaders will study, prepare and teach the assigned teaching material for the MT Program and will be in charge of a DNA group (Discipleship, Nurture and Accountability) in which the MT’s attend.
Program Leaders will be expected to be mature in their faith and exhibit an active pursuit of a deepening relationship with God and be able to help others do the same. Spiritual role modeling is absolutely vital. A good work ethic and a servant attitude is also necessary in this position.
Throughout the summer, each Program Leader will be observed for potential to serve in the future as a Leadership Intern.
At the end of the summer each Program Leader will be evaluated by the Leadership Team and Program Director for the purpose of continued growth as a leader and the possibility for future service at Green Bay as a Program Leader or Leadership Intern.
Each Program Leader should leave this program with a deepened intimacy in their relationship with Christ and a deeper understanding of themselves, their strengths, weaknesses and character traits. A well, they will have experienced deep personal growth and character formation, and an increased confidence in their ability to lead others.
Under the direction of the Events/ Activities Director, the Sports/Gym Coordinator will oversee all gym activities as well as create, organize, plan and implement activities and sports for all campers, in coordination with the summer camp program and theme, in order to contribute to a positive overall camper experience.

Organize, plan and lead a team that point kids to Christ by creating epic fun, intentional biblical teaching, memorable firesides, and childcare. Serve the parents by making their kids feel safe, special, cared for and loved.
Develop, organize and implement a concierge program that equips staff to serve and engage families. Helping create and environment of service beyond expectation. Developing a staff culture of living out the gospel in the lives of the Guests at Green Bay.
(4 positions) This team would be a dynamic part of building relationships with campers through various activities, and take an active role in helping to provide guidance, assistance and safety to campers throughout daily activities in accordance with Green Bay Bible Camp’s mission and vision.
Lead, mentor and guide DTP1 and DTP2 students through an intense discipleship program. Trains and equips DTP1 and DTP2 students in various work projects around the camp and promotes strong work ethic and servant hood.
Under the direction of the Events/Activity Director, the Event Coordinator will help create, plan, implement and oversee all special events and activities for kids, youth and adults, in coordination with the summer camp program and theme, in order to contribute to a positive overall camper experience.
Lead the team that works in the hub of the camp and brings tons of joy to kids and parents. Lead the team as you think of creative ways to serve, love, and impact the kids and guests of Green Bay…..it’s never just candy…..even though candy is awesome. Organizational skills are needed for ordering, stocking, scheduling, and managing the daily duties of the store. (Also in charge of our …. Ice Cream Store!)
Oversees and ensures a safe and fun waterfront area, making sure all water safety procedures and policies are followed. Scheduling and equipping the lifeguarding team. Must be NLS qualified and have experience lifeguarding.

To film, photograph, edit and promote the weekly camp video, cabin and family pictures, camp rules video, special videos, staff promo video, complete summer video, stories of summer 2015 video, assist with the production of chapel and audio visual needs throughout the summer.
The Worship Leader works to craft and implement fun, engaging and meaningful camp fires for kids, meaningful worship services for adults that invite campers and staff into the presence of God. Also coordinates the whole worship ministry, including worship team members, practices and schedules.
Organizes, plans and leads a team that focuses on the pre-teens and teens of Green Bay. Building a community that is welcoming, relational, biblically intentional, incredibly adventurous, and outrageously fun. We want our teens to leave with a deeper understanding of who Christ is, new BFF’s, and a community they can’t wait to get back to next year!
