SLUG (Student Leader Under God)
The second step of GBU is the SLUG program and is designed for students going into GRADE 11 in the fall. This program is hands-on training in a camp ministry setting, where you will learn ministry and service skills. Experience the joy of investing in the lives of others and making an impact that will last for eternity. Completion of the LITE program is a definite asset and priority is given to those students who have completed the LITE program, but it is not a prerequisite.

SLUG fees are $405.00 per term. Fees include room & board, two GBU T-shirts, and a leadership training seminar.

GBU Cancellation Policy
Complete and final GBU payments must be received in the office by April 29, 2010 (see tax note below). 20% of the fee is non-refundable and securesyour registration. The remaining balance of the fee is only refundable up to 30 days prior to your term's start date. All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds for GBU fees are not made for any participants arriving late or leaving early for any reason.
Tax Note: GBU applications and payments will be accepted after April 29,2010, if space is available in the program, but will be subject to HST of 12% on the full fee. It is anticipated that full payment received on or before April 29, 2010 will only be subject to GST.
*PLEASE NOTE: All GBU programs are an intense growing and stretching experience. Applicants should possess an attitude of perseverance and determination.
