Green Bay Bible Camp has a wide variety of activity options to offer campers! Whether you’re wanting to get out on the lake or explore your creative side through ceramics, we’ve got it all.
CANOEING & KAYAKING
CANOEING AND KAYAKING
Join our canoeing and kayaking activity group and learn the different parts of the boat, the different parts of the paddle, different strokes, and even some rescue manoeuvres (like how to do a T-entry). Enjoy a trip to Turtle Bay and have fun with all kinds of different paddling races and games!
Come enjoy our indoor climbing wall, reach the top and ring the bell! Our wall features a variety of different holds ranging from deep pockets for beginners to sloping edges to challenge the most advanced climbers. Or try out your skill on our bouldering wall. We'll teach you climbing techniques, the names of the equipment and much, much more!
Learn to build teamwork and sportsmanship playing games you know and love like British bulldog or soccer and new games that you have yet to learn. Depending on the group, some games are big wide games across the camp property like Capture The Flag, and others are small area games like floor hockey.
Got an artistic side to you? Well, so do we! We've got a cart stocked full of different kinds of beads, hemp, and string. Learn a spiral weave or the classic flat weave. You can make necklaces with all kinds of different accessories and ornaments. We've got beads of all shapes and sizes and materials including glass, wood, metal and many more.
In your free time take advantage of our cool waterfront toys like the water trampoline, water slide, climbing pyramid, Blob and Saturn. When you get worn out, you'll be able to lie in the sun on the beach or on the dock.
Green Bay Bible Camp welcomes back one of its most popular retro activities. You will learn how to safely and properly handle a bow and arrow, and to shoot accurately. Our compound bows provide even bow tension to make it safe for all ages. It is an excellent individual and team building activity.
Want to spend your free time on the water? Each pull will be accompanied by one-on-one coaching from our boat coaches and access to our brand new Hyperlite wakeboards, HO water skis, and our MasterCraft tow boats.
For the waterskiers and wakeboarders who want to enjoy a longer pull on calmer water, our Breakfast Club is for you. With the 6:30 AM departure time and room for 3 riders per boat, you and your friends can enjoy Lake Okanagan at its prime!
Find out why the pickleball craze is sweeping the country. Invented in 1965 as a children's backyard game, it's a combination of tennis, badminton and ping pong. It can pretty much be played by anyone!
